I loved doing the classes and learning the work from Helen McCrarren here in Ireland, it has been amazing to gain, such a powerful healing modality for both myself and my family with the level one. Helen is a fantastic teacher with so much knowledge and inspiration for energy work and on a personal level. She is so supportive and caring and so competent in what she does. 

I had an understanding of Donna's work and practices, but until I was a student did I understand the effects it has when Donna's work is performed on myself, in a treatment did I understand the deep and powerful changes it makes in the body. I, unfortunately, had COVID-19 4 weeks before one of our classes I was left with a lingerie-deep cough that I couldn't shift. After 2 days of training the cough had left at the end of the weekend I felt full of energy and back to myself. I had done energy work on myself during and after the COVID-19 but it was taking a while for my lungs to fully repair with having asthma. 

The Donna Eden methods are so powerful and profound and I can't wait to learn and practice more it has been truly life-changing for the way I now view the world and my life path.
